DescriptionUlaanbaatar trolleybus 32-007, a 1999 Norinco Shenfeng, in 2017.jpg
Trolleybus 32-007, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, in service on route 4. No. 32-007 is a Shenfeng-model trolleybus built in China by Norinco in 1999, originally for Córdoba, Argentina, but not shipped, because the remainder of an order for 32 trolleybuses was cancelled after shipment of 16. It and nine others were stored at the Norinco factory in Shenyang until 2009, when they were purchased by Shenyang-based company SMEST, which refurbished 8 of the 10 and sold them to the transit company in Ulaanbaatar. (Historical information from Trolleybus Magazine, ISSN 0266-7452, March-April 2014 issue.)
The historic building in the left-center background, with a spire, is the Mongolian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
